Client: Holly Johnson Antiques
Holly Johnson specialises in interior design, furniture and works of art, with a strong focus on celebrated Milan designer Piero Fornasetti. She wanted to re-launch her website with a new, modern design, and expanded functionality including an online catalogue and showcase of completed interiors.
Taking inspiration from the black-and-write pen drawings and bold colours of Fornasetti, I created eight unique design concepts. The chosen design combined graphical motifs from the designer's furniture and artworks with the rich turqoise and gold tones of his Jerusaleum Screen, which are echoed in Holly Johnson's featured interiors. I designed subpages including display pages, a searchable, categorised gallery of works and a collection of customised graphical buttons. The template follows the required structure for Online Galleries' dealer sites, and uses their CMS and site engine.
